Customer Support Executive

  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients.

  • Provide support service until resolution.

  • To be able to identify client escalation to the next level.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly Individual & Team goals.

  • Strict adherence to all company and client-related compliance.

  • Work from home.

Requirements

  • Candidate Should be Between 18-30 Years, school leavers are encouraged to apply.

  • Possess good communication skills in English.

  • Ability to work according to US time and calendar.

  • Excellent Computer skills / Proficiency in MS Office Packages.

  • Must be able to identify, analyze and resolve problems promptly.

  • Previous experience in a similar field will be an added advantage
