We are a game development start-up based in Sri Lanka. In our phase 1, we are in the process of creating hit mobile games in partnerships with major global publishers.

Our Mission

Creating entertaining industry-leading video games, that level-up people in real life. The more they play, the better they would get at life.

Road-map Phase 1: creating entertaining hit mobile games in partnerships with major global publishers.

Phase 2: self-publishing entertaining hit mobile games.

Phase 3: self-publishing a new genre entertaining self-development/skill-development mobile games.

Current state of the start-up We are a 5 person team with 3 unity3D game developers, 1 data analys and another helping us out in HR & operations. We are closely working with one of the major global mobile game publishers. We have created and tested close to 30 game prototypes so far. We are on track to get our 1st hit game soon.

Culture We have a culture of development where we help our team mates develop as well as continously develop ourselves too by improving our skill-set. We work hard, smart & long hours during the week days. Rest and enjoy our other passions during the weekend. We are continously consistently learning. We are growth-minded. We have weekly deadlines and we stick to them. We are radically transparent with each other. We Learn from each game and get better and better. We track our performance (in XP = experiance points) based on the quality and quantity of the games produced in each month. Company targets are gamefied and we collectively try to meet these monthly targets. Work truly feels like playing a game.

Your role -Learn about hypercasual game development from various resources weekly. -Play the top hypercasual games to get a good idea about the market (You don't have to be a avid hyper-casual gamer, we aren't too. We love to create games!) -Come up with hypercasual mobile game ideas, log the ideas on a notion board on Monday. -Pitch the idea to the team and our publishing managers (of the global publisher) in a video call. -Create a block prototype using unity3D. -Develop this block prototype into a 5 level semi-polished game by Friday. -3D modelling & animation skills would come in handy. -Knowing about and how to add game-feel or game-juice would be very helpful. -Intergrate publisher SDKs and push the game into testing (We test in USA). -Each game you made would be tested using 200$ in the US market (We track CPI, D1, D7, play-time & level to level drop off rates. Based on this market data you would know exactly how good the game you developed really is. We use the data to improve with each game.) -You are free to work from home in any schedule that fits you and you can daily log the work when you finish work for the day.

Required in the CV: -Upload the gameplay recordings of the best games you have created (mobile & other genres if any) to YouTube (or Google Drive etc.). Please attach the links.

Salary 60,000/= per month base salary + 20,000/= per month in performance bonus based on your best performing game for the month + team-bonus based on your contribution to the best performing game of the month.

  • revenue share off every hit game based on your contribution to the hit game.

*Flexible contracts (salary raises) purely based on your performance (you dont have to wait for x number of months till your old contracts expires to get a new one).
