Position Summary

As part of enhancing our digital presence with the “new normal”, we are hiring social media marketing experts to enable the Yangphel brand a greater visibility across social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.

General Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
  2. Working with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
  3. Interacting with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  4. Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements
  5. Researching social media trends and informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
  6. Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs under the supervision of the senior social media marketing managers.

  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

  • Flexible and willing to take on different/multiple tasks, as required.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma in Web-design/ E-commerce
  • Industry relationship experience will be an advantage

Work Conditions

Work is generally performed in an office environment. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is needed to perform the job satisfactorily. Frequent walking, standing, lifting, guiding, or carrying of equipment and materials may be required. Working hours may vary and occasional evening or weekend work is required.

What is after the Internship?

An allowance will be paid to the intern during the internship period. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full time employment with the company.
