Huffman Builders is recruiting for a Maintenance Building Specialist in their Facilities-Building Services Department.The Maintenance Building Specialist will provide support and perform general maintenance repairs as tasked. The Maintenance Building Specialist will interact and assist the Director of Facilities and Construction, Workplace Design Team and IT Department. The recruit must have a high school diploma or GED. Have effective oral and written communication skills.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Have knowledge basic computer skills.

Receive work orders, able to read and comprehend work orders, complete work orders in a timely manner and inputs work orders through the iOffice Work Order System.

Have experience working with hand and power tools.

Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

Plasters and paints offices, common areas and storage rooms

Replace light bulbs, keep inventory of light bulbs, stores used light bulbs for recycling.

Assemble and install ergonomic equipment.

Accept furniture delivery and assemble.

Hang various signage, shelves, art work and bulletin boards.
