Rithipul Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 as Youth Financial Development Foundation (YFDF) to provide support and enhance accountability in microfinance institutes and banks by increasing financial education for Cambodian youth and to foster sustainable growth for micro-financiers, bankers and their customers. In February 2015, YFDF was renamed as Karuna Training Center (KTC) and in March 2019, KTC was rebranded and registered as Rithipul Co., Ltd., a private limited company, while retaining the same social impact purpose and objectives. In 2021 was renamed as Rithipul.

Since 2020, Rithipul has become a FinTech company with the launch of its Expense Tracking application, Kotluy. Kotluy currently has 5000+ monthly active users and serves Cambodia.

Position Summary

We are looking for an intern who has a background in software development to manage the maintenance of the Kotluy app in communication with various developers and stakeholders that are involved in the project.

General Roles & Responsibilities

1. Assist the CEO to ensure the availability and stability of the mobile application
2. Support management on reporting of the statistics of the app usage
3. Liaise with development team to help minor bug fixing
4. Project management of the new features to be built on the application

• Some knowledge of React, NodeJS and AWS

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma in Web-design, E-commerce or Networking
• Industry relationship experience will be an advantage

Work Conditions

Work is generally performed in an office environment. No special coordination beyond that used for normal mobility and handling of everyday objects and materials is needed to perform the job satisfactorily. Frequent walking, standing, lifting, guiding, or carrying of equipment and materials may be required. Working hours may vary and occasional evening or weekend work is required.

What is after the Internship?

An allowance will be paid to the intern during the internship period. Successful completion of the internship may lead to a full time employment with the company.
